I agree with you Krysta that as stewards of our planet and our fellow humans we should hold public servants to a higher standard as we would hold ourselves accountable to each other and our planet. Behavior among us, especially politicians has a rippling effect on our society and the moral fabric we try to instill in our children. To honor our planet, our environment and our moral compass and to accept others that are different from ourselves makes for a much nicer place to live!
