I've gone back 20 or 30 years and pulled out my writing, or music, or scraps of brief ideas, outlines of possible projects. I've discovered that my connection to the past is at home in present time, and today's "manifestations" are anchored in a fluid movement of thought. In most cases, the concepts I projected in 1998 have evolved and developed into new concepts at home in 2024. There's been a continuity and a
sustainability of outlook whether it's health,
or spirituality, or creativity, or acceptance and love.

It is a lot of fun and very enlightening to do what you did.....go through our distant past leading to the present and see how everything connects!
