Recently, I have been made aware of similar situations where people are complaining about lack in their lives while blocking what they say they want to experience. Usually when something like this happens, I consider it a sign that there are others in our community who are having the same experience. This makes it a good topic for me to think and write about.
In both situations, the people involved are experiencing financial lack. Both are having difficulty paying their rent and buying food. This is not a transient situation for either of them. They have been experiencing this for well over two years. And in both situations, they owe other people money, people who have reached out to help and support them. The people they owe money to have made it clear they would accept payments as low as one dollar a month, anything to show the good will to pay the debt and to help unblock the flow of energy. From what I have been told, neither person has made an effort to pay this low amount!
On the one hand, they are telling everyone they know how bad things are for them and doing their best to garner support and sympathy from others. At the same time, they are withholding from other people the exact thing they want for themselves. This won’t work! This blocks their energy from receiving their own good.
We must give what we want to receive. Whether it is money, health, good relationships, love – if we are not willing for others to have what we say we want for ourselves, we will not be able to attract these things for ourselves. This is just the way the Universe works.
This week, ask yourself, “What, if anything, am I withholding from others? How does this impact the quality of my life? If I am blocking my energy in this way, how can I release the blocks?” Then figure out a plan and take action!
When we live with an open attitude, wishing the very best for everyone else and doing our part to help others get what they want, our lives are transformed into fields of miracles. The Universe responds to the smallest of movements on our part. Give it a try and see what happens for you.
Living in Grace and Ease,

Sometimes the simplest ideas are the hardest to comprehend. :-) Chuckles.
when I'm struggling the most is when I try harder to make space for more giving on my part. it might be a dollar might be a shoulder to lean on. takes me out of my focus on self.
