Two ways to lessen stress

Hello! This week I dug into my archives and found this from two years ago. I still lived in Washington state and had no idea I would be moving to Arizona….plus I had no idea I would cut my hair or get new glasses….. I had forgotten this post and found it useful! Hope you do as well.
