Here’s something to try.
I suspect you’ll agree with me that things in our world seem to get more fractured daily. We’re subjected to lies and disinformation in a way most of us have never seen before. It can be handwringing time. I would like to make a suggestion.
Instead of wringing your hands (or clutching your pearls), visualize planet earth from space and see the word truth spinning in different sizes and colors all around the planet. Intend for truth to not only envelope the planet but penetrate it and all who reside here down to the core of the planet. Here’s a picture to help.
Our doing this frequently might help set the energy of truth in our world. This means you and me as well. The intent is that everyone who resides here live, speak, and act truthfully. Yes, I know it might have no effect on those who lie as part of their identity. But maybe this will affect those who believe the lies and wake them up to want to see and know the truth.
The less we engage the negative energy and plant positivity and Light, the more we can support this grand planetary evolution which is one of the reasons we’re here. Things are messy right now, but we don’t have to jump into the mess to be helpful. Stay centered, guard your thoughts and feelings, project truth, love and light and you will be helping more than you know.

Love your suggestions. My concern is knowing the truth even if it's different from what was previously thought. Many people out there may not know how to accept the truth if it proves to be different. I like to take my past knowledge and experiences and expand on all that. Toss in a good amount of common sense and see what rings the loudest. Sometimes the outcome is shocking and hard to accept but in time it does prove itself. If I still have a hard time with what is presented then I'll break down the components to see what is real and what is not. So much these days seems to wrapped in camouflage.
