Using crystals for healing
One of the most popular ways to use crystals is for sharing healing energies. Let me point out that none of us ever heals someone else: all we do is help create the situation where healing can occur. We can direct healing energies, but it is up to the person whether or not they accept and use the energies. And, of course, sometimes we think we're generating healing energies when we aren't.
Like most things, the more you work with these sorts of energies, the better you will be at generating and directing them effectively. Be humble. Let the other person know you are just offering them support. Don't ever lead a person to believe you are healing them. Not only don't you want that level of responsibility for another person's life, you also don't want their anger when nothing seems to change for them, if that is what happens.
Remember the true healer: love
Love heals. If you choose to use the process below, remember to project love at all times. Also remember you don't know what healing means for the other person. Maybe moving on to another dimension is their healing.
Also remember: people, including you, should keep doing whatever healing processes they are engaged with. They should keep seeing their medical health practitioners, keep taking their medications or supplements, and whatever else they are doing. The work you might do for them, or yourself, is supplemental to everything else and should never be seen as a replacement.
Here's a process you can try.
Choose a wand, if you have one. If not, choose a crystal you feel close to and aligned with - clear or selenite is best for this
Decide what area of your body, or someone else's, you want to work with.
Be clear that you don't know what healing looks like. It could be the removal of symptoms, but may not be.
Take yourself and your subject into a relaxed meditative state.
Hold the crystal over the area you want to heal....move the crystal in a counter clockwise direction. Have the intent of removing the pain or condition...feel you are unwinding the energy. You might feel inspired to shake off the crystal several times. Feel into what you're doing so you'll know when it feels done. You might do this more than once, so stop when it feels right to you.
Once you feel ready, shake the crystal to clear it and begin to move the crystal in a clockwise direction moving healing energy into the location you're focusing on. Do this until you feel guided to stop.
Sit quietly holding the crystal and listen for ideas and suggestions to be dropped into your awareness.
Be grateful. Express your gratitude to the crystal and whatever other energies have been helpful.
Hold the crystal under running water and visualize it being cleansed with white light before setting it aside to rest.
Uterine cancer
One time I used this process on a friend with uterine cancer. She had been undecided about whether or not to have surgery. After this session, she decided to have the surgery. This was over 30 years ago and she is still cancer-free. Healing takes many forms and sometimes that form is to engage more with allopathic medicine. It isn't up to you to decide the way someone heals. Your job is to help create a healing environment. Crystals love to be involved in this process - just ask. Here’s the crystal I used - it is the third crystal I adopted.
Crystal Blessings,
Krysta
