Expect the unexpected!
Perhaps you’re familiar with the television show Big Brother. Their motto is “Expect the unexpected!” By this statement, participants in the reality show are reminded that they can never be sure when rules will change, new people might show up, or any other change could happen.
I feel like I’m living this way right now, don’t you? With Joe Biden’s decision to stop his campaign for president, our entire political system was thrown into disarray. Good. It’s a sign of the times in which we live.
The energy of the planet right now is intense and prone to unusual and sudden shifts. What this means is we would be well-served by holding the attitude of “Expect the unexpected.” It’s time to live with open hands, hearts, and minds. Be ready for the road to take a sudden turn or for a paved road to turn rocky without warning. Hold on to opinions lightly and be willing to change your mind when new information surfaces.
Some days might feel empty as if nothing is happening. With today’s energies, this means nothing. In the morning you could be bored to tears and when the afternoon rolls around, you’re so busy you can’t see two feet in front of you. Expect the unexpected and find your life rejuvenated and filled with grace and, yes, ease!
Oh, and if you’re an older guy who’s playing checkers, don’t be surprised to find out the old guy you’re playing with is actually playing chess.
Living in grace and ease,
Krysta
Nietzsche believed that self-deception is common and deep-rooted. Underlying illusions persist, shaping our perceptions. Embracing the unexpected means staying open to surprising realizations and challenges to our beliefs, recognizing that the journey to self-awareness and truth is unpredictable and filled with unforeseen discoveries.
